According to LSB, if screen position (newrow, newcol) is not a valid address for the terminal in use, mvcur(int xpos, int ypos) function call to this cursor position should fail (mvcur() is the function from Ncurses library that moves the cursor), but error doesn't occur on inputs (-1000000, -1000000), (10000000, 10000000).
